How does the All You Can Eat menu work at Sparkly?

Our All You Can Eat (AYCE) menu is made-to-order. You order rounds of sushi, sashimi, rolls, Thai dishes, and sides directly from the AYCE menu, and everything is prepared fresh. There is no buffet line — every dish comes out hot or freshly rolled.
Is there a time limit for All You Can Eat?

Yes. AYCE tables have a standard 90-minute dining window from the time your order is taken, which is long enough for a full, relaxed multi-course experience.
Is there a charge for leftover food?

To respect our made-to-order model, we apply a small leftover charge for uneaten AYCE items. We recommend pacing your rounds and ordering what you can finish — our servers are happy to advise on portion sizes.
How much does All You Can Eat cost?
