2. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and our posted policies regarding hold times, group minimums, deposits, and cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust reservations where needed to serve all guests fairly.
3. Online Orders
Pricing, availability, and delivery radius for online orders are subject to change. Orders placed through third-party platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes) are also governed by those platforms' terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, photography, menus, and written content — is the property of Sparkly Japanese & Thai or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
5. Disclaimers
We work to keep menu items, pricing, hours, and other information accurate, but we make no warranty that the site is error-free. Menu items may change, and some dishes may contain allergens. Please inform your server of any allergies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparkly Japanese & Thai is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, reservations, or orders.
